Organised by AHCS as part of our 10th Anniversary celebrations, Waves of Hope is more than just an event. It's an opportunity to connect, laugh, overcome challenges together, and be part of a movement that celebrates community, mental wellbeing, and human connection.

Form a team of 4 to 5 people and take on an exciting multi-activity journey featuring walking, cycling, kayaking, interactive missions, and surprise checkpoints along the way. Solve challenges, complete team tasks, encourage one another, and create unforgettable memories together.

At a time when many people struggle with loneliness, stress, and mental health challenges, Waves of Hope reminds us that no one should have to face life's challenges alone. Through shared experiences and meaningful interactions, we're building stronger communities and creating spaces where people feel seen, supported, and connected.
