What do I receive for my donation?
Donors who contribute a one-time donation of $60 or a recurring monthly donation of $20 for at least three months will receive an SG60 Blind Pack. This special pack includes a limited-edition gift and vouchers sponsored by participating merchants as a token of our appreciation. Each $60 donation entitles the donor to only one SG60 Blind Pack. For example: (a) One-time donation of $60 = 1 set
(b) One-time donation of $120 = 2 sets
(c) One-time donation of $300 = 5 sets
(d) Recurring monthly donation of $20 for 3 months = 1 set
How do I donate to the fundraising campaign?
You can donate to the fundraising campaign by using the donation widget on our page. Simply enter your donation amount and payment details to complete the process. Please note, we do not receive cash donations for this campaign.
Which donations are eligible for the SG60 Blind Pack?
Only donations made specifically to the SG60 Building Hope Collective campaign are eligible for the SG60 Blind Pack. Donations made to other campaigns or general donations will not qualify.
When will I receive my gift after making a donation?
We send out gifts in monthly batches. If you make a donation within a given month, you can expect your gift to be sent out in the following month. This process allows us to manage our resources efficiently and ensure that every donor receives their gift in a timely manner.
Are donations tax-deductible?
Yes, donations made during the campaign period are eligible for a 250% tax rebate. Please ensure to provide the necessary details for tax deduction purposes.
Can I donate in someone else's name?
Yes, you can make a donation in someone else's name. Simply provide the necessary details on the donation widget.
How can I get a receipt for my donation?
A receipt for your donation will be sent to your email address after the donation is processed. Please ensure to provide a valid email address.
How will my donation be used?
Your donatoin will be used to fund our operation and various programs and initiatives, including community outreach, educational programs, and support services to our beneficiaries.
Can I donate anonymously?
Yes, if you prefer to keep your name hidden on the donation portal, you can choose to donate anonymously by selecting the "Make my donation anonymous" option on the donation widget. However, your details are still required for our records, tax deduction processing (if opted for), and gift delivery.

By participating in this fundraising campaign, donors agree to the following terms and conditions:

The SG60 Blind Pack is exclusively available to donors who contribute $60 to the SG60 Buillding Hope Collective campaign. Donations must be received within the official campaign period to qualify.

A minimum donation of $10 is required to be eligible for a tax deduction. To receive a tax deduction, donors must opt in during the donation process.

Cash donations are not allowed for this campaign. Only donations made through designated fundraising portals (give.asia, giving.sg, deeda.care) will be accepted.

Gifts received through this campaign are strictly non-resellable. It is the donor’s responsibility to ensure that all personal details are complete and accurate. Ascending Hope Community Services Ltd is not responsible for undelivered gifts due to incorrect or incomplete donor information.

Vouchers are randomly included in blind packs as a token of appreciation, based on availability. Each blind pack may contain a different quantity and value of vouchers. We kindly ask for your understanding that we won’t be able to offer vouchers separately if they’re not included in your pack.
