How did you become a single mother?
My ex-husband was abusive, manipulative and created a bad environment for my children and me. Therefore, I decided to leave him and end the marriage.
What are the most challenging parts of being a single mom?
The biggest challenge I face is financial issues, shouldering the load alone which typically carried by two. Having the guilt for not being able to give my children a perfect family. Having to face society’s stigma against single mothers being irresponsible.
What advice would you give to single mothers?
You must stay strong, work hard for the family, learn to be independent.
